Billing
Billing & Financial Policy
- Insurance is verified at every visit. Please bring your insurance card to each appointment.
- Patients are responsible for understanding their own copays and deductibles. We verify eligibility, but recommend contacting your insurance provider's member services for clarification.
- Copays and deductible amounts are due at the time of service.
- We offer flexible payment plans for patients with high copays or deductibles. Arrangements can be made through either the physician's office or the Central Billing Office.
